Our home. Our community.

Greenland Place has 697 flats in nine blocks. This is where flat owners and leaseholders come together to share information, coordinate on service charges, building safety and insurance, and have a say in how Greenland Place is managed. Register as an owner to see updates, meeting minutes and ways to take part.

For flat owners and leaseholders. Our volunteers check each registration request.

The Greenland Place Residents Association (GPRA) is a team of volunteer owners and residents from across the development. We have no political agenda, no commercial interest, and no outside funding. We simply want Greenland Place to be well managed, for our service charges to represent genuine value for money, and for the development to be a good place to live.

Between us, we have experience in property management, financial analysis, communications, and technology. Over the past year we have reviewed 959 invoices, studied the lease, engaged with solicitors, and met with managing agents, building the evidence base and the structure needed to make this work.

If you have a question or a concern, an idea for the community pages, or you would like to get more involved or help as a volunteer, please get in touch using the form opposite. We will respond within a few days.
